BUYING A PELICAN 
Second-hand Pelicans sell for between $400 and $2000, depending on their condition, age and type of hull, ie wood or fibreglass.
Pelicans are advertised for sale at the various clubs where they are raced. Boats are also advertised through this website whenever possible. The cheaper, older wooden boats are perfectly adequate for the first two years of training and can normally be resold for the price paid.
